PrairieCat is seeing some inconsistencies with holds placement in Vega this morning (8/27). We have a ticket into Innovative, but patrons may see issues with errors when they try to place or cancel holds. This is not consistent-it sometimes happens and sometimes doesn’t. 8/26/2024 11 AM: PrairieCat is aware of an issue with making online payments from Encore/Vega, specifically the Invalid Merchant error. We are working with the processor to correct the issue.

8/20/2024 There have been multiple reports from libraries of Sierra running slowly. We have submitted a help ticket with the vendor and will update with further information.
PrairieCat staff is continuing to work with Innovative to solve the issue of the late afternoon paging lists. We know receiving the paging list later in the day presents a hardship for our libraries, but we want our libraries to know that we are actively working towards a resolution. UPDATE: The Telephone Renewal System is working again.

Our telephone renewal system is down. While patrons can call in, they will receive a message that “The library’s computer is unavailable. Please try again later.” I’ve contacted Innovative and they are looking into it.
