PrairieCat Closed Sept 2
PrairieCat will be closed on Monday, Sept. 2nd in observance of Labor Day. No phone or online support will be available.
Rails delivery is also closed so there will be no delivery that day as well.

8/26/2024 11 AM: PrairieCat is aware of an issue with making online payments from Encore/Vega, specifically the Invalid Merchant error. We are working with the processor to correct the issue.

8/20/2024 There have been multiple reports from libraries of Sierra running slowly. We have submitted a help ticket with the vendor and will update with further information.
