UPDATE: Phone Notifications Resolved

Information: Phone Notifications – No Action Required

It appears that the issue with phone notifications has been resolved. The systems (Sierra & iTiva) communicated a file late last night and again this morning.

This morning’s file appears to be standard in size – so probably only contains today’s (1/13) notifications.

CRITICAL: Please Send Your Closed Dates

ACTION:  Immediate Action Required

It is critically important that you notify PrairieCat of your library’s closed dates for 2022. If you do not notify us of your closed dates, due dates will not calculate properly and overdue fine calculations will be impacted as well.

If you have not yet notified us, please send the dates to datesclosed@prairiecat.info.

If you have any questions, please contact Roy Arey at roy.arey@prairiecat.info.
