Innovative is still having issues trying to ingest all of our patron bookmarks, but they are actively working on this issue.
Innovative was working on moving our patron bookmark lists from Encore to Vega yesterday (Dec. 4). The process ran all day, but according to Innovative the process did not end as expected. They are meeting at 10 to discuss and will probably run this again today. I will keep you posted on the progress. For now, if a patron asks, I would assure them that their information will be in Vega shortly. According to Innovative, nothing has been lost. They just need to figure out what is stopping the load process.
