Update: PrairieCat ill email accounts are no longer unavailable - Resolved

As of 6:53 this morning, Microsoft officially gave the all clear on the outlook issues from yesterday. If anyone is still having problems logging into their PrairieCat ill accounts, please submit a ticket.

11/25/24 10:30am: Microsoft sent a bad update to their outlook email system and they are reporting issues with both the web based and desktop version of Outlook. They have rolled out a patch and are now waiting for their servers to be fully updated. They do not have a time estimate for this.
