2/19 - In the process of updating the data on the training server, old notices may have been sent to patrons via email or phone. PrairieCat has not yet determined the extent of the problem.
If you have emails about failed hold calls or failed delivery in your PrairieCat email account, please review the patron’s record to determine that the information is correct before you contact the patron.
We apologize for the inconvenience, Innovative has assured us that the jobs that send notices have now been disabled on the training server.
