Hotmail Notices Bounce

2/18 - Working with the Sierra Vendor, we were able to fix the issue presented by Hotmail. This fix may take a day or two to take effect. If you see any more bounces indicating that the Sierra Server IP is blocked as we had seen, please let us know.

2/17 - PrairieCat staff are aware of an issue with hotmail notices bouncing, and are working on resolving it.
