Vega Discover should be working as expected now. Please submit a help desk ticket if you experience any issues logging in, slowness, etc. A service used for patron login/patron account activity was unresponsive, and Innovative restarted the service and the issue now appears to be resolved.

PrairieCat has received reports of issues with Vega Discover. Users are reporting issues logging in to Vega Discover catalog sites. They are unable to login and receive an error message "We are unable to retrieve your account information". Some sites are also experiencing slowness and issues with the catalog loading.
PrairieCat has notified Innovative about these issues.
