Encore Catalog Not Displaying Search Results

Search results are not showing up in Encore search.prairiecat.info. Instead it just has the facets on the left with numbers showing the quantity of items but the results panel doesn't show any records or items, and it displays the following:

"Try Confirming the spelling of your search words; Using other words for the subject of your searches; Providing more letters of the search words if you are using wildcards."

Library staff should use the Vega discover catalog sites or Sierra for searching. A ticket has been submitted to Innovative about this issue.
