We continue to have slowness and time out issues with Vega sites. The problem is intermittent, it seems to come and go. According to Innovative, this is across the entire platform (all Vega libraries). They have isolated the issue and will be releasing a fix for it tomorrow (1/24) AM. Until that time, we will probably continue to see these issues.
Innovative believes the issue is corrected. They will continue to monitor the situation. If you have further issues, please let us know via a helpdesk ticket.

Vega seems to be having intermittent issues
We are seeing some errors pop up at Vega sites. We are getting “site not found” and 404 errors, empty search results, etc. We have reported this to Innovative and will keep you updated as we learn more.
