ECommerce issue with Encore

8/29 1:30 PM - Issue has been resolved. Ecommerce is functioning as expected. Please report any issues to the help desk. 


8/29 12 PM We’ve gotten reports of Ecommerce giving an error about the merchant being missing or incorrect when a user tries to make a payment in Encore. We’re in contact with Innovative and will let you know when the issue is resolved.

We have also posted a warning about this to the Encore homepage to let patrons know and hopefully reduce the numbers of calls library staff will be getting.
