We have received reports of issues with Vega Discover Account Portal:
- Innovative has uncovered an issue with the default catalog preference setting and are targeting a hotfix release to be deployed on Thursday, February 12th. In the meantime, this setting has been hidden to ensure a quality experience for patrons.
- The appearance of the legacy MyBookshelf bar for patrons.
- Reading History shows only 100 entries
- When patrons use Account Portal, some users are met with Blank Pages on checkouts or holds screen, throughout the account portal
- "Checkouts & Requests" count includes reading history
- Holds that are available for pickup do not display a "pickup by" date
- Vega Guides (tour) still referring to My Bookshelf
- In My Account, Address only displaying line 1 then a comma
- The "Save" button in the account editing screen does not work.
- Unable to Freeze Holds when first in line. Unable to Unfreeze Hold.
- Suppressed Pickup Locations Showing in Manage Holds Page in Account Portal

2/4 - Users should be able to log in to Vega Discover and access the Account Portal. If you experience any issues, try clearing the cache on your browser.
