Update: Support.Prairiecat Issues Resolved

11/13/25: The issues have been resolved

 

11/11/25: Some members are unable to log into the support site and getting a “too many requests” error message and/or being redirected to a blank "Challenge" page. Clearing the cache of your browser may help, but it seems to only work in some cases. 

 

A ticket has been opened with the vendor about this issue.
