2/4: 12:00pm - Users are unable to log into the PrairieCat Libraries Mobile app.
While attempting to log into the app, a variety of errors have appeared.
"Sorry, there is a problem communicating with the catalog server at the moment. Please try again later."
"Sorry, we didn't recognize your credentials. Please try again."
And a blank screen with "Service not available"

A ticket has been submitted to Innovative to get these errors looked into. If you notice additional error messages, please screenshot them (if possible) and submit a PrairieCat help desk ticket.
