UPDATE: L2 login working on new site

Members should now be able to log in to the new website with their L2 login and password. The L2 authentication issue seems to be resolved.

How to log in to website:

  1. Navigate to https://support.prairiecat.info/
  2. Select Log In from upper right corner
  3. Select purple Log in with your L2 Account button
  4. This redirects you to L2
  5. Enter your L2 username and password and select Log In
  6. You’ll be redirected to the PrairieCat website and can now access member only information.

Please submit a help desk ticket if you have any issues.

Issue on 6/15/2023 9 AM - Several members have reported issues with being able to log in to the site using their L2 credentials. The error message is "unable to get the authorization server.​" We are working to resolve this issue with the Cherry Hill website team and RAILS L2 support. Thank you.
