11/19 10:40 AM: Innovative has reported the Sierra issues are resolved. If you have continued issues, please let us know via helpdesk ticket. 11/19 10:20 AM: Vega Discover issues are resolved. Patrons should be able to log in to the Vega Discover catalog and search the catalog. The mobile app and ecommerce should also work as expected. Please submit a help desk ticket if you continue to experience issues with these systems. Innovative is continuing to work on the Sierra issues.
11/19 9:00 AM: PrairieCat is seeing issues with patrons not being able to log in properly to Vega and searches not coming up when patrons are logged in (timing out, spinning). We are also having reports of Sierra locking up after login. We have reported both issues to Innovative and they are being expedited. We will let you know when the issue is resolved.
