11/18: The website provider has resolved the issue. If you still experience an issue logging in to the support.prairiecat.info site, please submit a help desk ticket with the details of the issue.
11/17: Some members are unable to log into the support site and getting a “too many requests” error message and/or being redirected to a blank "Challenge" page. Clearing the cache of your browser may help, but it seems to only work in some cases. This issue occurred last week.
PrairieCat has contacted the vendor about this issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will notify you when it’s resolved.
