PrairieCat has received numerous reports of issues when printing receipts in Sierra. Sierra will either fail to print or print gibberish, no matter which printer is selected as the receipt printer. The problem is affecting other Sierra libraries and consortia beyond PrairieCat. Innovative is working on the problem.
Sometimes it is possible to temporarily fix the issue by restarting the PC and/or clearing the jarcache, but neither of these fix the issue long term.
PrairieCat is sorry for any inconvenience this is causing for you and your staff.
