Phone notification system currently down

UPDATE: Phone notification system is running 

PrairieCat is currently experiencing issues with the newly installed phone notification system. The following services are being impacted due to this issue: 

Phone notifications for overdue and holds notices calling out.

Patrons dialing in to check their accounts and renew materials.

We have alerted Innovative and are actively working to rectify this issue.  We are reactivating the old system for now and overdue and holds notification calls should be going out shortly. However, the dial in service may be down until tomorrow (6/25) when we restart the new service.
