Update: Mobile App Searching Down - Fix Scheduled for 1/8

Update: 1/6 5:30pm A hotfix is scheduled on 1/8 to resolve the issue for the PrairieCat Libraries Mobile app (and the other Vega Mobile customers) using Vega Search, who are experiencing issues with searching in the app. This issue impacts both iOS and Android. All other functionality, including checkouts, holds, and placing new holds, is not impacted. In the meantime, please redirect patrons to the Vega Discover mobile website for on-the-go searching.

Update: 1/6 3:50pm Innovative believes that this issue will be resolved on Thursday 1/8, however we are looking into a temporary solution in the meantime. Please redirect patrons to the Vega Discover mobile website for on-the-go searching, as the Vega Discover collection sites have not been affected. 

Alert: 1/6 10:30am Searching for materials in the PrairieCat Libraries Mobile app is currently providing no results. Innovative has been contacted about this issue. We will update with further information as needed.
