9/25/24: Sierra is once again running slowly through SierraWeb and Sierra Desktop. Innovative has been contacted to look into this issue. Thank you for your continued patience.
9/24/24: UPDATE: Innovative has not found the issue causing the recent slowdowns, however the load on the database server has subsided and Sierra should be back to normal. They are continuing to investigate what is causing the issue.
9/23/24 ALERT: Sierra Running Slowly: We have received reports of Sierra running very slowly. PrairieCat staff have reported the issue to Innovative. Thank you for your patience.
