Due to an attempt to balance the needs of consortium member libraries and system limitations, the following decisions have been made and are effective March 17, 2020:

Holds

  • Holds requests will be suspended from close of business March 16-March 31
  • Pending hold requests made before March 17 will be addressed after March 31

Currently, PrairieCat has nearly 30 libraries that have closed or will be closing this coming week. Some libraries have closed completely and other libraries will be closed but will continue to accept RAILS delivery and to process their paging lists.
