ALERT: Email Migration on Nov 7

Thank you all for signing into the new PrairieCat Email Accounts on the Office 365 platform. There are a few who have yet to do this, and I will be following up with these to make sure no one is left behind.

On November 7, PrairieCat will be switching over mail to flow to the new PrairieCat Email Account on Office 365. This means on November 7:

  • Library staff will now sign into to retrieve paging lists, reports, and notifications from Sierra.
  • No mail will flow to the current accounts, all mail will be directed to the new PrairieCat Email Accounts on Office 365.

If you signed in and forgot your password, you can do a self-reset by clicking the “Forgot my password” link after entering your PrairieCat Email Address. Enter the Captcha, you can refresh if it’s a bit unreadable, it is case sensitive. Hit next, then next again to get a code sent to your recovery email address that you set up when you signed in the first time. After entering that code you can reset the password.
