TRAINING: New PrairieCat Help Desk

Action: Register for Training

PrairieCat will be utilizing a new Help Desk platform beginning July 11. Members are encouraged to attend one of the training sessions listed below. These trainings will cover the changes the member libraries will see in submitting tickets, ticket notifications, and ticket follow-up. Please register via Zoom. These sessions will be recorded and made available on the PraireCat support site. The trainings are also listed in L2.
