NEWS: Opt in to receive PrairieCat invoices via email

Would you like PrairieCat invoices via email for Fees? This will help to improve efficiency for your library and PrairieCat accounting services, as well as reduce mailing costs.

If you choose to receive invoices by email, your library will no longer receive hard copies of the invoices through the mail after July 1. Submit your email contact information to register to receive invoices by email. One submission per library please.

Please respond by end of day on Friday, May 27.

Note: PrairieCat Finance is a separate database. If you submitted contact information previously to RAILS, your library would need to register again as a PrairieCat member to receive PrairieCat invoices via email.
