The new PrairieCat website is scheduled to launch in the early afternoon / evening on Thursday, May 25. The website may be down for a short time during the transition.

The site will still be at:  https://support.prairiecat.info/

UPDATE: The PrairieCat support line has been fixed. Please go back to using it (877-542-7257) to contact PrairieCat staff instead of calling staff directly.

This affects access to PrairieCat Email Accounts:

Microsoft has identified the issue and are working to resolve it.

There is a work around method of accessing your PrairieCat email Accounts.

Click this link to access the email: https://outlook.office.com/ 

The page will take a few minutes to load but should eventually get you to the inbox. 

PrairieCat will send another update as Microsoft posts more information.

NEWS: Vega Discover Project Updates - March 2023

Project Updates

PrairieCat staff have regular bi-weekly meetings with the Vega Discover team from Innovative, which includes our project manager, trainer, and the Discover product manager.  PrairieCat will post regular project updates to provide the membership with a summary of the issues/questions that are being reported by libraries and staff that are discussed at the Innovative project meetings.

PrairieCat is currently seeking nominations for the Administrative Council, Circulation Committee, and Technical Services Committee until April 28, 2023. The election for all open positions will be held from May 8-19, 2023. Details on the open seats for each committee are below.
