Encore V5.2 Update (Production Environment) – Wed. March 3, 2021 (early morning hours)

PrairieCat has coordinated with Innovative to perform an update to the Encore software version (V5.2) in our Production environment in the early morning hours of Wed. March 3, 2021

The upgrade should be completed prior to library opening hours but please refrain from accessing Encore until you receive an all-clear e-mail from us. We will send out either an all-clear as soon as the update has been completed and we perform some basic testing/verification tasks or we will send out a communication if the update process is experiencing delays or issues that may exceed beyond typical library opening hours.
