CRITICAL: Sierra Slowness - Resolved

Updat 9:00 AM on 12/8/2020:  Innovative have installed some new security measures to mitigate the slowdown on the server. They believe that it should be fixed. If you are continuing to have slowdown issues with Sierra, please submit a help desk ticket.

Update 4:00 PM on 12/7/2020:   PrairieCat has received new reports of slow system response time and Innovative is seeing increasing server load on our production machine. Innovative is investigating.

Update 2:30 PM on 12/7/2020:  Innovative believes that they have identified and resolved the issue. Spot checking with members seems to confirm this. If you are continuing to have slowdown issues with Sierra, please submit a help desk ticket.

Original Issue: PrairieCat received numerous reports of Sierra being slow to respond, sometimes to the point of being unusable. This seems to have started around 11:30am on 12/7/2020. PrairieCat staff have opened a call with Innovative and Innovative is investigating the issue.
