NEWS: PrairieCat Tech Check-Up

Do you need a tech checkup from PrairieCat?  PrairieCat staff are currently scheduling site visits with members to help with the following:

  • PC setup for Sierra, and recommendations for better performance
  • Network checkup-how does your speed look, and is there anything we can see that might help improve connectivity to PrairieCat/Sierra?
  • Receipt printer setups and barcode scanner setups-are you having any problems?
  • Any problems accessing any part of the PrairieCat support environment, such as Zimbra, the support site, or anything else?
