PrairieCat created a Return on Investment document to highlight the progress the organization made in FY19 ending in June 2019 and some of the ways your library benefited from membership in PrairieCat. This is an “at a glance” document that should be easy to share with your library’s board and stakeholders to emphasize the benefits of PrairieCat.

TRAINING: Did You Know, November 2019 - Using Create Lists to keep in touch with your patrons

If you are familiar with Create Lists and you have Excel, Word, and Outlook, you can create reports in Sierra, format them in Excel, and then use the mail merge feature in Word to email your patrons for a variety of reasons. This month's Did You Know? explains how these notifications work.
