PrairieCat staff are available to assist employees of member libraries during the following hours:

• 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Critical Phone Support Hours

• 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
• 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday
• 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sunday
